Fifteen years across data analytics, machine learning, and applied AI, building and shipping systems from product design through to technical implementation. The last few of those at the executive table, where the question is always some version of the same one: what to build, what to buy, what to ignore, and what to tell the board.

guIA is the firm I founded around that body of work. It exists to bring that practice to boards and executives at the moment they need it.
